Sorry it's been such a long time since Ive been here and there is lots to tell. I've seen quite a few bands, The Police, Blackstone Cherry and my brother's band many times. I've had my ear pierced at the top cut my hair very short and it is currently purple! I have a new kitten who came to live with us today his name is Freddie and he is fluffy and black, I will put up a piccy later. All the other ones are well especially Bill and Ted who are huge! It's Guy Fawkes night tonight it's not even dark yet and I can hear fireworks going off already!

Off to the docs again this afternoon as I am still suffering with a sore throat and am unable to swallow properly.  Went to see jet on monday night as John and Anj were meant to go but James was ill so we had their tickets, they were very good but I would have enjoyed it more had I been feeling better.  Off into Mums and her mother's day pressie has turned up so we will be watching The Queen this afternoon.  Nig has ordered Casino Royale for me so on monday I will drooling over Daniel Craig again lol

Illness update

Had the results of my blood test I don't have glandular fever but am still not well.  yesterday was the 1st day since i have been ill that I haven't been sick, I have lost over 7 pounds in weight.  To add insult to injury I started my period last night as if I don't feel bad enough!

Don't know how but I probably have Glandular Fever which is wierd as the only man I have been kissing is obviously Nig   It feels like my throat is healing over and I have been sick loads.  I need to have a blood test to make sure but it looks like I wouldnt be going out for a little while.

Poor Nig the Valentine gift he ordered for me has not turned up in time for yesterday so he told me what he has ordered for me.  In this house nothing says I love you more than Battlestar Galactica season 2 which I look forward to turning up next week!

Waiting for a very dear friend to come and visit me.  Am currently listening to the feeling who I'm off to see in just over 10 days and am looking forward to it.  It was Mum's birthday yesterday, we went out for Cantonese and she had a lovely day :)

Valhalla

This is my pretty ginger girl Valhalla, she will be 5 this year.  She was given to me by money given from my mum and dad in law for my birthday.   We had to go to Paighton which is about 30 miles away from us and we thought she was a boy, imagine our surprise when we got the and she was a girl as ginger girls are very rare.  When we are in bed she likes to sleep on my hip!! She doesn't purr she grunts which isn't very ladylike!!

  Here is a picture of my eldest cat, named after Colin Firth and Keanu, he is also called Plant killer because as a kitten we had a yucca plant and we came home from work to find it all over the floor.  He is nearly  10years old.

Nig and I havent been very well all week, he has a chest viral infection and I have a sore throat which is getting on my nerves as I cant swallow anything rough.  Probably not going out tonight either which makes me very depressed:(

I know this seems quite early but for the last couple of nights its seems I've seen every hour on the hour. If it doesnt improve tonight I might take some sleeping tablets, it doesnt help that my shoulder is putting me through all types of hell!

Not feeling too good today, dunno why and cant put my finger on it just yuck! Nig bought me another Daniel Craig film "Sylvia" he plays another shite in it, it was very depressing but very good. Darcy has just jumped up for a cuddle but I know its because he wants to go out!! Think I will go back to bed.

Another quiet day today, late night shopping starts tonight and I am working up the courage to go into the city centre. Due to my depression I am not very good with big crowds but to go in would take me out of my comfort zone and that is a good thing to do.

Nig is working late tonight, most of the family have gone to see Thunder and the only noise I've heard today is gently snoring kittens! Just counting down the minutes until Stargate starts. Saw The Prestige last night, excellent film but worked out most of the storyline quite early in the film, I hate it when that happens!

Killed my shoulder

Went out to see John play with a group of friends when some little boy pissed out of his head gave me a full body check hitting my frozen shoulder, I thought I was going to be sick then the nuralgia kicked in so I did the best thing possible and came home. I'm still suffering today.

Went to physio today to be told I have zero movent in my shoulder and am being reffered to the charming called pain clinic, I can hardly wait! Nearly killed one of my Jack Skellington handbags today and more importantly maybe my lovely pink mobile phone. I have the worst nuralgia attack in months Ive taken sleeping tablets but as you can see they havent worked. And as a final thing Darcy hasnt come in.......

Bored again today, no change there then! Nig has bought me a pair of purple crocs and I am waiting for him to come home so I can try them on:) Am going out to an old friend's house for a meal tonight, I'm really looking forward to it:) If there is anyone out there please feel free to add a comment else I am just rambling on to myself!

Nothing to do today, bored as usual. Went to see The History Boys last night and really enjoyed it, at the start of the film there were 4 of us in there by halfway through the film just Joolie and I were remaining lol

It's freezing here in what is normally quite warm Plymouth. I'm sat here hunched over the pc swamped in fleeces and still feeling the chill, Ted keeps cuddling me to warm up but it isnt working. Was meant to be going out tonight but I still dont feel too well and its too cold!
